Returning Library Materials
Library users have multiple options when returning books and other materials. In addition to book drops on each floor inside the library, there is an external slot on the west side of the building that is available around the clock. Materials checked out at our library can also be returned to any Clackamas County library.
Books drops are for library materials only. We do not have the space or staffing to accept donations in these book drops. Please bring donations directly to the library!
There are also standalone book drops at the following locations:
- In the parking lot of the West Linn Adult Community Center: 1180 Rosemont Rd.
- Outside the Pacific West Bank branch in the Willamette neighborhood: 2040 8th Ave.
- In the parking lot of the Emmanuel Presbyterian church in the Robinwood neighborhood: 19200 Willamette Dr.
- In the parking lot outside Sunset Fire Hall: 2215 Long St.
The bookdrop outside Sunset Primary has been moved to the Sunset Fire Hall due to repeated damage.
The remote book drops not cleared every day. Rest assured, we backdate check-in to the day when items were returned, so fines won't be applied for days when we haven't been able to retrieve materials.
