Reading Resolution Challenge for Adults

Start the year off right by immersing yourself in the wonderful world of books. In this challenge, you will try to read 2000 pages or for a total of 25 hours between January 1st and January 31st, 2025. Participants who complete the challenge will have a chance to win one of four $50 gift cards. The last day to turn in this log is February 1st, drawing is February 2nd. You can sign up through Beanstack, or pick up a paper log starting December 28, 2024.
For the purposes of the challenge, we are accepting the page count listed in our electronic catalog, on Amazon, Goodreads, or other retail providers. If you are using an e-reader or listening to audiobooks, please defer to one of these services to get the page count of your book.
You may track paperback and hardback books, magazines, children’s books, and graphic novels. Don’t forget to include books read to family members.
The gift cards were generously provided by the West Linn Library Foundation. Participants will have the chance to choose between a gift card to The White Rabbit in Oregon City or a generic Visa gift card.
