The purpose of the proposed amendments  is to comply with the Housing Choices House Bill 2001 and associated rules found in Oregon Administrative Rules Chapter 660 Division 46. The 2019 state law expands the ability of property owners to build certain traditional housing types, like duplexes, in residential zones.

6/6/22 - City Council Work Session - Review of Planning Commission Recommendation

6/21/22 - City Council Second Reading
