The Low Income Assistance program offers reduced City Services billing rates and is available to residents on an application basis only. Residents must download and complete a Low Income Utility Assistance Program application and supply tax return information to be eligible for this program.
As a courtesy, the City offers a one-time adjustment up to 50% of the bill during the duration of the water leak once a leak has been repaired. You will need to fill out the Leak Adjustment Application and submit it to the finance department for review. Please be sure to pay all outstanding invoices by the due date to avoid disruption of services and/or additional charges while your application is under review.
Leak adjustments are calculated by reviewing water consumption during the duration of the leak compared to the water consumption one year prior. After the adjustment review is complete, the finance department wll contact you with the results and final determination of the leak adjustment. If the leak adjustment is approved, you will receive a credit to your utility account.
