In the event of an emergency or incident of significance to a substantial number of West Linn residents and businesses, live updates will be posted regularly on this page (www.westlinnoregon.gov/westlinnready/incident-updates). Updates will also be copied to the City's main Facebook account.

July 3, 2024 | 4:00pm | A Heat Warning will be in effect Thursday July 4 through Sunday, July 7. Temperatures may be in the triple digits. Learn more: weather.gov/pqr
The West Linn Library’s Community Room will be open extended hours for use as a cooling center. It will be available until 7pm on Saturday and Sunday. City staff will be on hand during this time, though regular library services will not be available. The Adult Community Center is also designated as a cooling center during regular hours (M - F from 9am - 3pm). July 5, 2024 | 1:00pm | Robinwood Station (3706 Cedaroak Dr) has opened as an additional cooling center for the community through the weekend, from noon to 10 pm. Please see the sign on the unlocked door, and call (503) 329-3460 with questions. Volunteers will be checking in.
