This street improvement project generally includes asphalt pavement removal and replacement, cement treated subgrade, and storm sewer improvements.

Status Updates

12/14/2017 - Final remaining concrete driveways poured. Project is complete.

11/02/2017 - Construction is complete. Kenthorpe Way and Mapleton Drive have been paved. City has placed rock along road shoulders.

09/23/2017 - Mapleton Drive has been topped with 2-inches of new asphalt.  Driveways are pending completion and are tentatively scheduled for the week of 9/25 (weather dependent).  Pulverizing began 9/21/2017 on the east end of Kenthorpe.  Grading and reshaping will continue through the week of 9/25/2017 (completion anticipated mid-week).

08/31/2017 - Project underway, contractor is performing driveway prep and stormwater improvements.

08/23/2017 - Second Kenthorpe Way Paving Open House held at Robinwood Station

08/16/2017 - Notice to proceed issued for August 22nd.

08/02/2017 - Second Kenthorpe Way Paving Open House (canceled and rescheduled due to excessive heat)

07/10/2017 - Contract awarded to S-2 Contractors

06/29/2017 - Kenthorpe Way Paving open house at Robinwood Station

06/21/2017 - Bid Opening with S-2 Contractors as the lowest responsive bidder

05/24/2017 - Advertisement for Bid
