Half-street improvements adjacent to 5779 Broadway Street. The City will be partnering with this development to extend street improvements to Webb Street.

Status Updates
10/09/2023- Public improvements substantially complete.
8/28/2023- Curbs being installed to the Webb St. intersection.
6/27/2023- Sanitary sewer laterals are being installed.
6/8/2023- Storm sewer work continues.
5/5/2023- Storm sewer work including the installation of a new manhole has begun.
4/22/2023- Utility work starting with PGE expected to begin 5/1.
2/7/2023 - Due to Developer-driven design changes, construction plans for street improvements are back in review pending approval prior to work continuing.
9/13/2022 - Design and contract negotiations continue.
01/21/2022 - Design of public storm sewer is being re-evaluated to accommodate additional street improvements and new sidewalk. Construction in the right-of-way will continue early 2023.
09/23/2021 - Sewer laterals installed. Material supply issues have stalled progress. Work anticipated to commence again in the coming weeks.
01/19/2021 - Work in the right-of-way commencing.
10/22/2020 - Construction drawings approved. Pre-construction meeting held.
03/06/2020 - Awaiting submittal of revised construction drawings.
11/27/2019 - Construction plans submitted for 1st review and comments provided back to developer.
6/6/2019 - Public Improvement Permit fees were paid and permit was issued to the developer.
