Lake Oswego-Tigard Water Treatment Plant
This project is part of a large, multi-jurisdictional project to increase treated water capacity for the residents of Lake Oswego and Tigard. A pipeline will be necessary to convey water to and from the water treatment plant. Pipeline construction will be under separate Conditional Use and Public Improvement permits. The City of West Linn is coordinating with associated jurisdictions for project management oversight as well as ongoing inspections.

Status Updates
10/01/2017 - Asbuilts submitted. Project is closed.
08/31/2017 - Project is nearing completion. All landscaping has been installed and contractor is working on punch list items. A final walk through of public improvements will be scheduled soon.
04/26/2017 - Forms for western driveway approach on Kenthorpe inspected and approved.
04/07/2017 - Storm connection in right-of-way at northwest entry on Kenthorpe inspected and approved.
03/27/2017 - Sweeping at secondary (eastern) entrance on Kenthorpe Way requested and completed. Uncovered piles onsite were removed.
01/03/2017 - Kenthorpe Way inspected and found to be relatively clean. South entrance closed for final curb construction.
11/14/2016 - Tracking of mud and debris from construction site into right-of-way being addressed through sweeping. Contractor instructed to cover stockpiles prior to rain.
08/31/2016 - Kenthorpe Way inspected. Road is clean and inlet protection is in place. Vegetation clearing is taking place along northeast boundary. South entrance curb installation near completion.
07/26/2016 - Curb has been installed on Kenthorpe Way and Mapleton Drive. Sidewalk has been installed at the end of Kenthorpe Way.
05/06/2016 - Ongoing curb and gutter work on Kenthorpe Way. Inlet sack west of main entrance replaced as instructed.
02/17/2016 - Work continues onsite. Erosion control continues to be monitored.
06/25/2015 - Tree protection fence secure and inspected; inlet protection is place and functioning.
01/19/2015 - Kenthorpe maintenance sweeping requested where electrical conduit is being installed.
06/26/2014 - Work continues onsite. Erosion control continues to be monitored. Perimeter sediment fence inspected, materials stockpiled, soil removed.
03/06/2014 - Work continues onsite. Erosion control continues to be monitored.
01/03/2014 - Construction underway. Paving on Old River Rd. between Cedaroak and Kenthorpe is complete. Onsite erosion control continues to be monitored by both third party and internal inspectors.
11/07/2013 - No construction in right-of-way yet. Working with Lake Oswego and Tigard to pave Old River Rd. between Cedaroak and Kenthorpe (weather dependent). Onsite erosion control measures in place and continue to be monitored by a third party inspector as well as City of West Linn inspector.
10/10/2013 - Erosion control measures in place. Contractor working on onsite excavation
