10/30/2024- Plat recorded
10/22/2024 - Final plat submitted to the County for recording.
9/05/2024 - Final Plat documents underway
7/10/2024 - Sewer vacation complete
5/20/2024 - Survey of existing sewer easement within property for future vacation process.
3/10/2024 - Working with adjacent property owners on fence relocation
02/17/2024 - Construction substantially completed
12/15/2023 - Final paving complete
10/11/2023- Compaction testing taking place ahead of paving.
9/27/2023- Grading work for driveway.
8/8/2023- Paving awaiting pole relocation.
3/15/2023- PGE began work to relocate power pole.
1/30/2023- PGE pole relocation design completed and awaiting crew scheduling.
10/13/2022- Project awaiting private utility work. Contractors temporarily pulled off site until the completion of private utility work.
08/29/2022 - Construction began August, 2022.
06/10/2022 - Notice of Intent to Award posted. Low Bidder is CR Woods General Construction.
05/02/2022 - Project advertised for bid
04/01/2022 - Plans are approved. Invitation to Bid will be issued shortly.
12/13/2021 - Invitation to Bid for construction improvements will be issued in 2022 once plans approved.
10/05/2021 - Final plans are finalized. Cost estimates being established prior to bid.
7/14/2021 - Designs are being finalized. Invitation to Bid tentatively schedule for August with Council to review contract for approval in September.
