Weatherview Subdivision
This project is a 22-lot subdivision with public improvements. This project is a collaboration between JT Smith Companies and 3J Consulting. The City of West Linn Engineering Department is providing full oversight with regards to project management and ongoing inspections including erosion control.

Status Updates
12/05/2016 - Project complete with exception of street lights and undergrounding of powerline along frontage of Weatherhill Rd. Maintenance bond in place.
11/07/2016 - Punch list provided to contractor for remaining close out items. Maintenace bond for warranty period requested.
10/19/2016 - Onsite activities include minor grading/smoothing, adding sediment fence, addressing erosion control issues, and installation of catch basin.
9/22/2016 - Water chlorination test approved, waterline flushed. Work ongoing for pond and storm outlet swale
09/07/2016 - Added rock and grading; placing street section on Satter St. and McVries Way. Started pumping down pond for surveyors.
08/17/2016 - Sanitary sewer line through private property installed.
07/11/2016 - Hydrant installations including drain rock, thrust block, backfill, and air release valve.
06/21/2016 - Installation of 161 linear feet of sanitary sewer. Grading activities within private driveway up to Weatherhill Rd.
06/03/2016 - Excavation and installation of storm lateral for lot 8, 12, and 3.
05/24/2016 - Installation of 12" storm main; water service installation to begin the following week.
05/16/2016 - Excavation and installation of sanitary sewer manhole; move location of later to lot 13 to get out of tree protection area. Installed 8" PVC sewer main.
03/29/2016 - Performance Bond received
12/07/2015 - Public Improvement Permit Issued. Performance bond must be recieved prior to start of construction.
