The Clackamas Community College demonstration gardens offers examples of many of the above principles in action, including composting, low water, and native plantings for resilient landscaping. Across the road from the Home Composting center is a learning center with water filtration (through a steam and pond), small outdoor amphitheater, learning center building, and observatory.
