2024 Annual Report Form

Neighborhood Associations are requested to complete this annual report form by December 18, 2024.  Neighborhood Associations are also required to provide a signed Declaration of Spending Form. Responses will be compiled and shared with the City Council and will be used to help guide goal Council priority setting in 2025. Prior year reports are available here if needed for reference.

Applicable only to Neighborhood Associations receving grant funding. In accordance with the NA Grant Policy approved by Council, please provide a detailed accounting of grant spending in 2024 and information on planned spending for 2025 and into the future.
