Design & Construction Policies
The City of West Linn has adopted the following Public Works Standards to regulate all public infrastructure improvements constructed within city limits. Section 3.300 of the City's Municipal Code gives the City Engineer the authority and responsibility to enforce and amend the Public Works Standards. All referenced standards and specifications are deemed current as of January 1, 2022.
All construction design detail, workmanship, and materials shall be in accordance with the current edition of the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) Oregon Standard Specifications for Construction and Standard Drawings and Details, except as otherwise provided by these City Design Standards (including City Standard Drawings and Details). These Public Works Standards are divided into three components: Design Standards, Standard Construction Specifications, and Standard Drawings.
