Dan Davis Recycling Facility Closing

WEST LINN, OR – January 25, 2019 – S&H Landscape Supplies & Recycling, the operator of the Dan Davis Recycling Facility, located at 4001 Willamette Falls Road, announced Thursday they will be permanently closing their doors on Friday, February 15, 2019.

“After extensive review of this facility, we’ve decided that the Dan Davis Recycling Facility can’t sustain without the financial assistance from our other companies” stated Marci Strope, President of S&H, in a letter to the City. The Dan Davis Recycling Facility has been operated by S&H Landscape Supplies & Recycling since the summer of 2018, when operations were transferred from Recology Oregon Material Recovery.

“We have exhausted all avenues for keeping the operation open to the public,” said Lance Calvert, Director of Public Works for the City of West Linn. Calvert also thanked S&H for doing their best to work with the City to find a solution for the facility, “they made a great effort in trying to provide services to this community.”

The Dan Davis Recycling Facility will be accepting debris from the public until 4:00pm on Thursday, February 14th.
