Independent Investigation Report on Farley Case

The Council held a special meeting and voted unanimously on February 6, 2024 to release the independent investigation commissioned by the City to review the West Linn Police Department's adherence to internal policies and procedures throughout the criminal investigation of former doctor David Farley.  Below please find the released documents as well as an accompanying contextual statement from the City.
